Super Shipping for WooCommerce allows you to export and import complete shipping zones and shipping methods. This makes it easy to create backups, restore your settings, or transfer your entire shipping configuration to another website.

This feature greatly simplifies shipping setup and saves you a considerable amount of time, especially when you need to create a large number of shipping rules.

Exporting and importing shipping zones (including their methods)

To export your shipping zone configuration, go to the Super Shipping for WooCommerce general settings page. At the bottom of the page, you'll find the Export/Import section.

Click "Export shipping zones and methods" to download a JSON file containing all your shipping zones, including all shipping methods created with Super Shipping as well as WooCommerce's native shipping methods (if you use other shipping plugins, methods created by those plugins will not be included.)

Upload this JSON file to your new installation. From the same general settings page, click "Import shipping zones and methods", select the file, and then click "Start Import". Your shipping zones and all their methods will be recreated exactly as they were, including all their settings. It's that simple! 🙂

Exporting and importing a shipping method

You can also export and import a single shipping method independently. This is useful when you want to duplicate a method in another shipping zone or create a copy with slightly different settings.

The Export/Import section is located at the bottom of each shipping method. Click "Export shipping method" to download a JSON file containing that method's complete configuration.

To import it, first create a new shipping method using Super Shipping (you can leave it empty for now). Then click "Import shipping method", select the exported JSON file, and click "Start import". If you're prompted to reload the page, simply confirm it. Your shipping method will then be cloned with all its settings.
